When the vehicle is locked and I approach with the key in pocket and click the button on the power lift gate (behind the rear view camera) to open it, the gate just seems to unlock but does not open by itself. I have to pull it to open and it continues on, but slowly.If you remove the small panel inside the tailgate, there is a latch or tether to reset the latch. For example, the latch was triggered by another object and closed. Then the tailgate cannot be closed because it thinks it is already closed.
